    Performics application
    Hello,
    I applied to Performics 7-10 days ago and haven't recieved anything.
    I have watched my spam email, and emailed support twice with no answer.
    I'm beginning to believe nothing is getting thru since I don't even get a "we've recieved your ap/email".
    Any suggestions?....Thx

    If you know any of the affiliate managers of the programs you want to join, email them. They have sway there.

    Thats a good idea, but since I'm already with one network that doesn't have very good support I guess I'll just see if Performics at least answers my emails I sent to support.

    7-10 days is pretty bad.

    I'd hit them with a follow up email and rattle their cage a bit.

    Hello Affiliate Warrior,
    I decided to send one more email...this time I recieved an email that they recieved it....thats progress,lol,so we'll see what becomes of this one.

    i inquired to them about becoming a mechant awhile back.
    I got an automated reply saying they will contact me back - no time frame was given.

    I had forgotten all about it until I read this thread.

    I would recommend that you call them. They may pull up your application and approve you while you are on the phone.

    With the response time you mention thus far, it appears you may be knocking on the door of another one...

    Jamie, I see that you are now using a Google email address. Are there plans to change all Doubleclick Performics email addresses to Google?

    I'm having the same issue as the original post. I'm not sure if performics ignores people when they don't approve them or if I've been lost in the wash.
    I hate speaking on the phone (I'm seriously on the verge of phobic, all my family's phone skills are with my mother!) so I would really rather not call but I would like to find out if I need to re-submit or if someone could check on my submittal.

    I applied to Performics twice and have not received an email or any communication from them at all. I tried to apply through one of the merchants and received a pop up saying that I had already applied to Performics. I tried to log in and I got that I had already applied. I am planning on calling them.....any suggestions would be helpful

    Thanks for the reply, I'll send an email. I applied a week ago, maybe more and the site says about 48hours so I'm thinking maybe my app. went into the Bermuda Triangle

    I sent an email and received a reply the next day saying I was approved, jumped right in to apply for a couple merchants I was interested in and also a couple that looked interesting.

    Thought I would add 2 cents worth...

    I'm usually leery of generic support email addresses, but I've never had a problem with the Performics email. When I have felt the need to follow-up (ie. urgent, or too much time has gone by), they will always explain where the hold up is.
