Last month when I was checking on one of the keywords that someone reached my site with and I found 3 other listings in the top 30 that looked suspiciously like my own. All 3 were exactly like my listing with the only difference being the domain name. When I clicked on the cached version I saw my page info but when I clicked on the domain I got a page not found. After a couple of days I didn't see these listings anymore.
Today I looked up all 3 of these domains and came to the same site. It's a rather strange, bare looking site but I don't see any resemblance to mine now.
Does anyone know the answer to this? Was this SE malfunction or was someone copying my site?

Thanks for any help in this.

    Ron

watch out for copycats who capture your metatags and pages for SE listings and have blind redirects to just set their own cookie.

    It's a good read.

Just went to the site stealing domain and it is very strange indeed. Seems to be mostly a porn store with a few legit merchants thrown in.
