NICE!!! Gonna do a fan mount? Or one in full strut?

I love wild turkey breast marinated in Italian dressing then grilled. OMG! Heaven!

Just gonna do a fan mount. I need a taxidermist that owes me a favor! That full strut stuff is expensive.

Just so happens I know a little about taxidermy......so here's what you do:

Cut the tail at the base and salt it for a few weeks in livestock salt. Then, get a board long enough for the feet and the base of the fan. Poxy the base of the fan to hold the feathers in place. When the poxy hardens, screw it to the board then cover it in felt so you can't see the poxy. Add the feet on either side if you want. You can also attach the beard right below the fan to really show off lol

Nice one. How many pounds of meat would that be? I have never had a wild turkey before, although one did fly right into our master bedroom window at our last place. It was in a group of about 4-5 others and they cleared the roof. Guess it just wasn't a good day for that particular bird. One of the funniest things I had ever seen.

Awesome! Do you have enough friends and family to eat it? I can come if you lack people.
