Hi guys, my company has been maintaining an Affiliate Program over at Commission Junction for quite some time now and only recently, we've been broadening our distribution channel by launching our program into more networks.
In the last couple of months, I oversaw the launch of our program with Double Click Performics and LinkConnector. The program is doing well on these networks considering that they're new. I do, however, want to hear your thoughts as far as strategies in recruitment and, ultimately, driving more revenue to our programs would go.
So far, this is what I've been doing:
- Aggressive activation bonuses
- Aggressive end-customer offers through exclusive coupon codes
- Publisher Contests
As publishers, what are the things you'd want to see from a new merchant launching with an affiliate network?

Would love to hear more on this - we're in the same boat. Used CJ and in-house affilaite programs for 5 years, looking now where and how to spread to the others..(SAS, etc?)
