What about a session for Merchants who allow NY affiliates
Would it be possible to have a mini session like a networking event for NY affiliates, or all affiliates and Merchants who are working with NY affiliates still?

I know the numbers would be limited and probably small, but it would be a great way to help the NY affiliates find new Merchants to help make up for the Merchants who gave them the boot.

All of our breakout rooms are filled with educational sessions.

Anybody is welcome to organize this sort of thing during one of our existing networking sessions, but our schedule is too packed to add on new events at this point.

Perhaps it would make sense for those interested to do the following:

Merchants who continue to work with New York affiliates should put some sort of "We Support New York Affiliates" sign at their Meet Market tables and Exhibit Hall Booths and wear "We Support New York Affiliates" buttons.

New York Affiliates should wear "New York Affiliate" buttons.

I know buttons are being made. Perhaps some standard signage could also be designed and perhaps Affiliate Summit could let all their attendees know about the buttons and signs.

Also, didn't Shawn offer up a room for a panel on NY taxes?

Yes, we've set aside a session for it - is anybody interested in stepping up to moderate and organize the session?

Here's a link for the "Support NY affiliates" buttons, stickers and posters http://www.cafepress.com/cafepretzel/5625769 It'd be great if merchants would identify with a poster or sticker.

I have some buttons (400) and around 150 of the lapel sticker. I'll have them at Summit. Not sure if that's enough stickers to give all NY affiliate friendly merchants one but I'll do what I can.
