The way merchants at LinkShare use End Dates is making me nuts (more nuts).
Free shipping on orders of $99 or more! Use coupon code SX99FS at checkout. Expires December 31st, 2006.
(freeship)Valid between 27-Feb-2007 - 01-Mar-2012
What is with merchants putting an End Date of 2012 for all their links an then spelling out in the description that it will expire sooner or is already expired. They will be the first to gripe when expired deals are posted.
Could LinkShare send the merchants a bulletin or blog on it where they will see it? That End Date is very important to those who use coupons.

Linkshare did that. I remember when they first did it complaining about it. It's up to the merchants to now go in and keep it up to date now but LS should have never done it in the first place and most merchants don't keep stuff up to date. They (Linkshare) put those 2012 dates on top of expired links also, it's a mess.

Thanks for bringing me up to speed. I have only been really trying with LS for about 6 months. Very frustrating though.
