    Can't log in to CJ
Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has been having this problem too.

I'd love to contact CJ support, but their contact form only works for short email addresses and mine aren't short, so I'm out of luck.

I haven't been able to log in to CJ for a couple days. When I tried to log in, it said that it was invalid.

I selected that I "forgot my password" and tried to log in with the new password that I was sent by email and again it is invalid.

When I click on a link for the regular log in, the same page loads.

I just tried again today with yet another new password... no luck.

I admit that I only work with a few merchants on CJ, but I'd still like to be able to check my stats!

Yes, I tried in both Firefox and IE.

I had a similar problem last month; I gave up trying and phoned them!

Actually reached a very helpful person in publisher support (just called the main number found on the site & listened to the options). That may be your best best, they can reset/test the account while you're on the phone.

Does anyone know how to log into CJ with firefox? Apparently they use an invalid security certificate and this screws up their interface right good in firefox. When I called they said "don't use firefox," but I don't use MSIE for anything else so it's a pain.

I have always used Firefox with CJ and just logged in fine.

Did you try dumping your browser cache etc. and starting fresh? Also there is a way you can get another IP number but I forgot how. That might break the spell. Your ISP could tell you real fast.

To change your ip address is go to run in your start menu enter cmd press enter
Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).
Type "ipconfig /renew" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).
if you are connected to a modem then you do this.
Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd).
Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes).
    Shut down computer.
    Turn off computer.
    Turn off all ethernet hubs/switches.
    Turn off cable/DSL modem.
    Leave off overnight.
    Turn everything back on.

Then try to log on to cj.
I almost forgot in the morning when you restart your computer
get back to your command prompt (Start, run, cmd).
Type "ipconfig/renew" *without quotes to get you back online!!!!!
then try to log into cj.
Sorry I forgot that, you would have been stuck with no connection!

I can login fine, be recently (might coincide with my recent FF3 upgrade) when I let the CF interface timeout, I actually have to login twice. Just little bit annoying...

CJ is the best affiliate interface but they seem to always have some login problem...weird...

Not a FF3 issue. For the past 2 weeks I've had the same issue with IE. I thought it was just me.

Me too. I have to log in twice with IE. I submitted a question in cj help today to see if they will respond to it.

Even in MSIE I have to put CJ in my "trusted sites" section to log in properly. They have something screwed up.

Just in case anyone is curious. I was magically able to log in about a week after I made that post without changing browsers, or settings. I can't say if my IP had changed or not during that time.
