I've received a variation of that email several times. They are doing a good job of sniffing out my affiliate sites.

It appears they search for Random Term + Coupons, find your contact info, and plug one of their merchants based on that term.

    Opt Out

You have successfully Opted Out of future mailings.
Funny thing is, I never opted in...

The first email was ignored, the first follow-up was annoying and by the 4th or 5th follow up, Pepperjam, you burned your bridges and eliminated any hope of my ever joining your network. No, I do not think my wine website is a good fit for your monster roses merchant, nor is your network a good fit for my company.

Ah yes, there is a lovely bridge connecting Manhattan and Brooklyn up for sale and I can get a piece of it for you for a mere......
