IHG (Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza etc.) Landing on the Wrong Page
All of my IHG banners for different brands are now landing on an Intercontinental Hotels page. I also have several thousand text links for specific hotels and those links are either landing on an IHG error screen or the Intercontinental Hotels page.

I have emailed the affiliate manager but haven't received a response.

If you have IHG links, you might want to check them.

I finally received a reply from IHG@cj.com this morning:
Yes we are aware of the issue and working on the fix as we speak.
I usually have IHG bookings evvery day. I had none yesterday or so far today.

I just received the following from IHG (not CJ):
Thank you for your email. We apologize for the issues you are
encountering. The problem started late on Tuesday evening and has been
an issue of the highest priority since we became aware of it. Please
know that we are working as quickly as possible to fix the problem,
though we don't have an exact ETA.

Also, we wanted to let you know that the issue only seems to be
presenting itself for certain users and therefore, while you may be
encountering a problem, many of your site's visitors may not. The issue
is not affecting tracking at all and users coming from your site and
booking are still being credited to your account.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will be sure to keep you posted
on an expected ETA for the resolution of this problem.

Please feel free to contact me should you have any further
    questions/concerns.
While it may not be affecting tracking, it certainly is affecting bookings when the page you land on says the hotel doesn't exist.

They just sent this email to all affiliates:
Many of you may already be aware that IHG is currently experiencing some technical issues. On the evening of July 1st (Tuesday) an issue was reported where some IHG links started redirecting to an InterContinental Hotel home page (or sometimes, an error page). Since it was reported, this has been an issue of the highest priority and we are working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. Though we do not have a confirmed ETA for resolution at this time, we are confident that the issue will be fixed before this weekend.

The issue only seems to be presenting itself for a small percentage of users and therefore, while you may be encountering a problem, the majority of your site's visitors should not be affected and are being redirected to the appropriate IHG site. The issue is not affecting tracking and users coming from your site and booking are still being credited to your account. We realize it is affecting conversion; please be assured that upon resolution, we will be reviewing all data for bookings and will make every effort to compensate you for any lost revenue.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will be sure to keep you posted on an expected ETA for the resolution of this problem.

    Best Regards,

    IHG Affiliate Reporting Team
I wish all programs would take a lesson with how this is being handled rather than the typical CJ/Linkshare route of poor communication or no communication at all.
