    Wordpress vs. Freewebs
Hey there...would appreciate your opinions. First, let me say I am so a techy dummy, probably the least knowledgeable here, didn't know it until I got here Really trying to learn, so excuse the ignorance, for now at least.

I started a new site in Freewebs, I purchased the name from them, so I have a domain name and no freewebs.com. My ads and articles showed up in Google but not my site. I was told that Google did not recognize Freewebs and would not index the site.

So I decided to do a Wordpress site to see how it ranked. Kind of a split test, it wasn't alot of work since I already had the one site almost completed, just love copy and paste.

I started ranking on page 8 of google. GREAT, right...for a start I continued to update my Wordpress and ranked on page 3 of Google.

Now both my sites are on page 1 of Google 2 & 3 spots.

So now I am really confused, what are your thoughts of Wordpress vs. Freewebs?

Comments??? Suggestions??? Stupidity on my part???? Brutal Honesty is OK, LOL

I think you should keep Wordpress going as it will be your own hosted and domains blog. I've seen allot a great sites done in WP and with good rankings too and think will be around for a while.

    Definitely continue working with WordPress...
WP is not only easy to use but also loved by the search engines ;-)
