    Artificial traffic?
We started our affiliate program 3 months ago with a dedicated affiliate network and have had better than expected results thus far. The one thing however that troubles me is I have a few affilates that drive a lot of traffic to our site and get no sales whatsoever. When speaking to our account manager they just say the affiliate is doing cpc marketing.

I was hoping someone can enlighten me how an affiliate can get 1000 clicks a day and no sales?(when the ''smaller'' affiliates convert at 2%)When I look at the affiliates site he only gets 50 clicks a day through his site.

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Ok.

If the "account manager" says "the affiliate is doing cpc marketing" they may know them as such from other programs. They may have a high traffic website (or a few), participate in banner exchanges, or something of the kind.

Have you tried contacting these affiliates directly?

Also, you say that it "troubles" you. Why?
