Here me now, and believe me later. Goodbye to the career politician, hello to the Businessman.

One thing's for sure, looks like lots of changes in Sacramento.

No. He's currently starring in "Mr. Happy Hands Goes to Sacramento."

    Kip,

Give me a break. Do think he will do any worse than Davis?

Jason I think you and I are right but you just never know...we may be dead wrong.

But I've always been one that enjoys change which is why I've enjoyed technology for so many years.

How enjoyable it is to read opinions of others concerning politics.

My opinion is if she/he is a profitable businessperson and is now in charge of a state they may make it a profitable entity,KUDOS

When that politician is no longer an acceptable solution (racism, sexism) well then kick their ass back out. The entire reason for short terms and the option to impeach!

I love Democracy with all its rages, if I do not believe in the vision SO MUCH THE BETTER it enhances the TRUE option of being an AMERICAN!

I LOVE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

Many people forget, but Arnie was a self-made millionaire through a mail-order fitness equipment business before he became a film star. He invested his money from his bodybuilding competitions in it.

I don't know if that makes him a good governor though. My armchair vote was for Georgy Russell

In Cal they should watch the man behind Arnold. Who is it? Arnie does not have enough in his brain to do anything.

Hmmmm ... seems to be the man is self made and you say he does not have "enough brains"??

I don't see him scurrying around trying to figure out where his next pay check is coming from like many here.

It sure seems like Davis has done a lousy job in California. Can Arnold do better? I guess we'll see. California does seem to have more than its share of problems. Who knows if they'll get worse or better now...

Ok, this is again obviousely the difference between an European and American point of view. Playing chess and making money are not things to qualify to take care of a community - here in Europe, In the USA it is as a secretary of the Christian Demokratic Union of Germany says: " Hopefully,it seems that Arnie is not more stupid than GWB and that's all we can get today.

I would rank Arnie as one of the most successful men anywhere in the world. Do you really think that he could have become a millionaire if he 'does not have enough in his brain to do anything' as you put it?

He was successful even before he made a movie, and that was something like 25 years ago. Now he wants to put something back into this country, the one that made him a household name. Good luck to him.
