free web hosting, are they good?
I'm using a free web hosting company that offers 100GB bandwidth. Is that good?

Are there any issues with free web hosting?

There's no good free web hosting company like there's no free lunch.
Yes, there's many issues with free web hosting. Check the fine print somewhere!
Are you using 100GB bandwidth? I don't think so, so it doesn't mean anything.
Web hosting is cheap. If you're serious about your business switch to a reliable host if not, you can stay with a free host.

If you want people to take you and your affiliate business seriously, don't use free hosting. You can get good, reliable hosting for just a few bucks a month.

If you're done testing the affiliate water, move up to paid hosting for a few reasons. I know a lot of people will start out with free hosting while they see if the business is right for them. As mentioned above, people will take you more seriously if you've made a financial commitment to your own business. Free hosting usually has more problems. Does the host you use place links, banners or ads on your site? Do you have access to all features you need? What is the uptime? Load time for site? Do you have good tech support if needed?

Low cost hosting is readily available for a few dollars a month so you should really consider it.

Thanks guys for sharing your thoughts.
Yes, I'm testing the waters using free hosting.
If I make progress with my campaigns and decide to transfer my domain, will the domain carry the search engine rankings, etc, regardless of the web hosting provider?

We are offering $4.95/mo hosting at Register.com and paying a lifetime valued commission of $125. angelmre2005, if you want to join email me at chamrick@affiliatecrew.com and I will approve you for the program. You would have to purchase a yearly hosting plan but would make money on it through the commission.

Free web hosting is ok to get started. However, if you really want to take your business to the next level, there's no way you will do that with free hosting.

    Good luck!
