    July Payment
    Hi,

    I am a publisher from the Philippines and I received payment notification last July 31st that my check has been mailed out. It's August 28th and haven't received my check. I contacted Affiliate Payment Support as I could see that the address was incorrect and it looks like it's not mailing in the Philippines. Affiliate Payment Support replied that they asked Accounting to reissue the payment. Are they going to send it again to the wrong address?

    BTW, I have received 2 notifications already, 1 for May payment and another for June payment. I am pretty worried that my checks may have been lost in transit.

    Please help.

    When you told Affiliate Payment Support that you didn't receive your check, did you also tell them that your address was incorrect and needed to be changed?

    If you told them to change your address, then rest assured that they did.

    If you did not tell them to change your address, you need to email affiliatesupport [at] google.com and tell them that you would like to have your mailing address changed on your account. Make sure you send that email from the email address that is your username for the account.

    Thanks for the reply. Everything in my profile is correct but the check is being sent to an incomplete address. It doesn't show that it is being sent to the Philippines. My phone number was also incorrect as per the check's details. However, with the inquiry that I have sent with the Affiliate Payment Support, I included all the pertinent information. Until now, I haven't received a notification that re-issued checks have been sent.

    Please advice.

    I think you can reassure , because even the check has mail out to the wrong address, You can still request Google to send you anain in 90 days after the check was sealed .

    Since I am a search affiliate and working on 4A companies, so I learn the Publics buy Performics`s search business from Google. It means they need to sperated their system , finance and staff.

    I do think it will be very easy for the staff , but the system and finance issue will be much harder especially when the system has lots of connection with doubleclick and dart search.

    I think the major affiliate in US is not so user friendly for None-US affiliate for they are focusing on the local Market . I believe Google Affiliate Network will handled that more better .

    BTW, my trouble is even bigger, since they need to verified me again for my enquiry and May payment . However, I may use my patience to give them my continued support.

    Thanks Reviewfbi, the problem is that I have been communicating with Google Affiliate Network but they don't respond to my enquiries. Sigh...
