Cute little estate only $95 million
It's gorgeous but I'm hoping to keep my next house under $75 million. The price of gas isn't getting any cheaper, ya know.

I like the indoor AND outdoor pools... but I agree, it's overpriced. I'd go $94 Million, max.

There must be something seriously wrong with me. I find my 1100 square foot house too big. I have two rooms I rarely use.

I don't think there is anything wrong with you!

Why waste all that money on just one family home?
    $95,000,000
    23 rooms
    8 bedrooms
    10 full baths
    4 half baths
    Interior: 20,043 sq. ft. (approx.)
    Acreage: 262 acres (approx.)
I would never pay more than $1 million for any family home, if I am going to live there with just the wife and kids.

I don't need more than two rooms for each people living with me on that house. So that would be like just two rooms for wife and me, plus two rooms for each kids, plus maybe two more extra rooms for guests to stay for no longer than 72 hours after one of those big party games that we might throw once in a while.

No more than two extra toilets for the guests, after each of us in our family got our own individual toilet. We don't need anything like this in our family, that would be our guests problem with the two we have for them.

    --------

So other than the indoor pool on that $95,000,000 house, I don't care about the rest of that house.

Yes, I would agree that it's a big and very beautiful house inside, but I don't want to live there, not even if it was sold to me for under 1 mill with the condition that I must live there.

    --------

Now, I would list the ten top reasons of why, I would not like to live on that house:

#10 - There might be ghost living in there already.
    # 9 - We don't want to have any of the inlaws living there.
    # 8 - My wife don't want our young maid or babysitter living there.
    # 7 - I don't want our young gardener or chauffeur living there.
    # 6 - That house don't have any visible two car garage.
    # 5 - The're too much green grass on that property.
    # 4 - That house have too many chimneys, so there is a chance of a house fire.
    # 3 - That house is on the center of a forest, so there is a chance of a house fire.
    # 2 - That house is on the middle of nowhere, so in case of an emergency, we may die before help gets there.

And the #1 reason is........ , please!

Then you can't live in some places as a small hut could cost over a million.

Sorry folks, but it's sold. I pulled out some petty cash and bought it for a winter home for me and the misses.

Reminds me of all those Newport mansions that have been turned into museums. I suppose it could do for an exclusive country retreat for some wealthy cult.

Dang it. The pics aren't there anymore. And to think I got the checkbook out as soon as I saw the price. Maybe next time!!

The $14 million house seems a little small. LOL

True, but I suppose... if you're ready to downsize... it would be a nice little spot to be.

I'm not sure if I could live with less than 9 bathrooms though, so I might have to pass on this one.

I did notice it is on 10 acres. My house is on 10 acres, wonder if I can get that kind of price for it. Hmmmmm. No, not a chance.

What is the old saying ...... location, location, location

Looks like my $14 million house is off the market now. Darn, and I had been putting my change aside figuring for sure I'd be able to save enough for it before it sold. Oh well, maybe the next one.
