    Google completes sale of Performics (Search) to Publicis

    I think they only sold the search side of the business.

    I don;t think Google Affiliate Network is part of the above deal. Can someone from GAN clarify?

    Yes, the sale only involves the Performics search operations. The affiliate operations now operate as Google Affiliate Network. Here is the original blog post announcing Google's plans for Performics.
