Two minutes isn't much time to say anything in a video.

I can appreciate why you want it short and sweet, but it seems a bit restrictive

I think the 2 minute limit wasn't intended to restrict but more to open it up to all so that people wouldn't be intimidated by having to become Cecil B Demile and drafting out a story board or large scale production to enter the contest. I'm sure if it exceeds the 120 seconds it will be accepted might even be more appreciated

120 Seconds is a TON of time...
You'd be surprised just how long 120 seconds is....

I wrote a lot of radio spots many moons ago... It takes a full 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper in all CAPS double spaced to fill 30 seconds. Sometimes more (if it's a sunday-Sunday-SUNDAY kinda race commercial).

If your in this program give it a go. You'll suprise yourself I think.

    Hi Vamp

Indeed Haiko is correct I thought the title of "Make a 10 - 15 minute video" would have people running for the hills rather than giving it a shot .

Having done a couple of small videos myself I agree with Scott, 120 seconds can seem a long time when the camera is rolling, so with a 15 to 120 second target shot hopefully anyone who wants a crack can make something and 11 directors will win a little cash for their trouble too

    Cheers
