Should I get involved with linkshare?
I'm new to the affiliate marketing field, and by the looks of all the linkshare posts I've read, a lot of people like and a lot of people hate it.

Should I stay away from linkshare, or would you recommend it to me?

there are some VERY good merchants there.

If you can get used to the interface, then Linkshare can be great. They have problems, but then so do all the other networks

What is your site focus? What do you want to promote? There are over 500 merchants at Linkshare in many different markets

I'm looking to work with generating leads, not so much commission from sales.

I'm still not sure at all what exactly I'm looking for.

leads? as in cpa? Linkshare is more of a cost per sale network.

You need one of the cpa networks, like direct leads, or affiliate fuel

While they have some good merchants, I'd focus on getting mint out of any network you are already involved. I spend a lot of time cleaning up their dead advertisers and trying to log into their system. There are better ran programs.

    Best,
