October 24th, 2008, 04:00 PM #1Practical Question: How Many Copies/Pieces?
We've booked an Affiliate Meet Market table, and are wondering how many copies of brochures (and/or pieces of goodies to give away) should one be prepared to have not to run short, but also not to have thousands left...
Would appreciate people commenting from experience.

For your giveaway, I would suggest bringing 400-500 pieces. The past two Summits I've had a table, I brought around 800 pieces. Had to ship about 1/3 of them back each time. As for flyers, I would bring 100. I find that most people won't pick these up. If they're interested in doing business, they'll usually just ask for your business card.

Just the information I've been looking for! I appreciate your post. If anyone else wants to share their experiences, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks again, Renee.

Confirming all the above. 100 flyers is about right. Depending upon the give-away of course, I'd say 300-400.Paula

Just an idea, but if you want to increase the number of flyers being taken with relevant program information, you could try making the flyers smaller and incorporating your business card information onto them. That way they kill two birds with one stone and people might be more likely to take them if it's not TOO big to be truckin' around the floor with.
