I can't use the helpdesk, it keeps asking me for another field to be completed, and I filled in everything there is to be filled in. (unless there is a captha or something I don't see).
I just wanted to notify you that I have sent through my fax (international tax form), but last time I did it, I received an email confirming you received it, but not this time. I sent it again today, but still no email.
Just wanted to let you guys know to look out for it.

I will check on the trouble ticket system...
If you sent in a fax though, it will be processed - sometimes takes a few days to get through all the faxes especially this time of year.
In the meantime, it will not affect your ability to use your account.Thanks,
