    Analytics Forum?
H: Do you see a need for a forum at ABW specific to discussing web log research, be it Google, Urchin, or whatever?

When I was posting the bit on Network Location this morning, I was struggling with where to put it.

Just a thought. It's a topic I don't think we discuss enough here.

Google's Analytics Tracking API is starting to be used on some (invited) sites. There may be a lot of discussion on that in a little while.

Bring it on. I am addicted to looking at server logs.

Not sure what "some (invited) sites." means?
    but,
" I second "Bring it on. I am addicted to looking at server logs. "

Definitely would love to learn more about this subject.

    Cool
since Urchin was mentioned (the Google Analytics stuff), if you are using their analytics there will be a new version but it will take a complete re-do of the code, apparently. It adds some Web 2.0 capabilities like tracking time loading videos, etc.so far one of my sites was invited to try it but I'm not a programmer so will take a very long look at the API before using it.
