    This is the second time I got an email like this:

    Renew Your Account Now!

    Dear Member,

    This is your official notification from Google Inc. that the service(s) listed below will be deactivated and deleted if not renewed immediately.

    As the Primary Contact, you must renew the service(s) listed below or it will be deactivated and deleted.

    Renew Now your Google AdWords services.
    http :// adwords. google.com. session- xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.sysxx.ru/

    SERVICE: Google AdWords
    EXPIRATION: Thu, 6 Nov 2008 15:48:41 +0500

    All the numbers on that long URL were replaced with x before posted.

    Without getting into further details here, all I will say is that anyone that click on email links, thinking that they are getting a real email from places that they may do business with, are running the risk of getting screwed big time...

    The anchor on that link says: Renew Now your Google AdWords services.
    But if you hover over the link on the email, it will reveal that the link URL is from Russia: .......xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.sysxx.ru/

    I don't click on email links, but I wonder how many people still falling for scams like that one.

    Yes I am getting those too but have not clicked on any links. Careful as always folks
