Met too. I wondered why I was seeing so few visits but hadn't deduced that it was from BYOL. Even when there is a transaction on a custom built link it shows up as zero visits.

Exactly same thing happening here. Yesterday I had 2 sales and 0 clicks for a link which used to have around 50 clicks daily.

Me too. Sales are way off too, so I contacted GAN to make sure things were tracking properly. Their explanation was that while transactions are posted in real time, there is a delay in reporting clicks. They didn't address why this never seemed to be an issue before.

I did a test purchase for one of my merchants this afternoon and the transaction posted about half an hour later, so I concluded things were tracking fine. Anybody else seeing these delays?

You are right Nabz. Me too unable to see the clicks but money from my a/c is reducing regularly. Earlier also I brought this problem to Googels notice but no positive reply was given.

    Hello,

Load time can be high. Especially during this time of year. There's no distinction between types of links when loading visits and transactions take priority.

I'm looking into time to record now. If you have any specific examples, please feel free to send me.

Thank you for the additional information.

Jaime, I do not believe this is a timing problem. The Visits never show up from BYOL unless there is a transaction associated with them. This has been going on for several days.

If it's helpful, the BYOL Visits stopped tracking during the day of 11/3. To see an example, just log into any affiliate account and look at the Performance Activity reports. I will email you with my info.

    Hello,

Thank you for the examples. We are investigating the issue. Determing the cause and resolving the problem takes longer than a few days.

    Thank you for your patience.

I had a few clicks register Monday the 3rd, but have been at zero the rest of the week. Sales are being reported but the numbers look very soft compared with when clicks were tracking without incident in October. It is necessary to see the click volume to see the conversion rates.

I don't mind if it takes longer than afew days to investigate and resolve the issue. What I worry about is if the clicks didn't get registered, would the sales also didn't get registered?

I think that's a logical fear mayfly. I would suggest doing a test purchase through one of your links and see if the transaction posts.

I did one a couple days ago for one of my GAN merchants and it tracked the purchase, but the click still has yet to show up.

    Hello,

The data fix is being pushed now. You should start seeing clicks flow into these links.

    Thank you,

    Jamie

Yes clicks are registering today and have even updated for the first 2 weeks of this month where there were zero before.

Did anyone else see below-average conversion rates during the click-blackout?
