Anyone care to refer me to a legitimate email list broker that you've used successfully? Thanks!

I used the word legitimate in reference to "opted in permission based list rentals".

So, people who have bullet-proof permission to send requested third party information via email.

Ah. So there's actually people out there knowingly opting in to receive "third party information" and they know when they "opt in" their email addy can be sold over and over again? Is that how that works?

Yep, and both of them are also on the "Please call me by phone during my dinner hour" opt-in list.

I never "opt-in" for anything yet I seem to be on every so-called "opt-in" list there is. Usually 3 or 4 of the addresses I use online get the same crap every day.

In my opinion, anyone who buys an email list is supporting the spam world whether their intentions are honorable or not.

Here's a little test: If you bought a "legitimate" list with any address @biblioworks.com then you got screwed and good for you.

Sorry I am late I just spent the last hour deleting 300 SPAM E-Mails that I must have forgot that I opt-in for.
