    Coffee for Less bad service.
    I placed an order on the 7th. My credit card was charged on the 11th. Still no coffee. I emailed and was told it would be here Friday, well it is Friday and still no coffee and my account still says charged and no tracking.

    I took down their links, I can't recommend this poor service to my visitors.

    Their customer service people don't answer emails either, I sent like 3 and finally got one sort reply that was a lie that my coffee would be here.

    Connie, I've sent your post along to their CEO. He's a fantastic guy and will absolutely make it right. Sorry you had a bad experience.

    Bad customer service reflects on everyone in the supply chain... We need reassurance that this isn't the norm.

    Sorry Loxly that I had recommended you to them when we talked. They now say my coffee should be here the 26th. Totally unacceptable. If there was an issue tell me, don't lie to me and keep changing stories.

    We looked at buying from them Connie, then went right to the Keurig site since they give free stuff at various purchase levels. No worries.
