    Performance Reports not tracking clicks
    Is anyone else having this problem with CJ? Ever since Nov. 20th, my clicks have not been tracking, but my sales seem to be tracking fine.

    I've submitted a trouble ticket to CJ, but not sure how long that will take.

    I'm sorry if this is a silly question from a newbie that doesn't help answer your question, but where do you find the click tracking in CJ?

    From the Home Page, you click on "Run Reports", then "Performance Reports" then "Generate Report".

    Same problem here
    Yes, I am having the same issue. No response from cj yet.

    Yes, this problem exist, but sales still tracked.

    here was the response I recieved from CJ
    "Engineering has confirmed that they have fixed the click reporting on the performance reports as of today moving forward. They are still working to restore reporting for November 21 23. I have asked them to give us an ETA on this asap. The Engineering team has also verified that sales reporting is not affected."
