    Thumbs down Pepper Jam Customer Support
    Contacted them on 20th November. Never received a reply and the problem was not solved either. Even CJ's canned reply is better than this. I've recently joined this network and was starting to send traffic to their Merchants.

    Should I call it poor support or No support ?

    Looks like they read this forum. I've been contacted by Pepperjam after opening this thread and the problem is solved.

    good to hear they took care of you sad to hear that you need to start something here to get results

    What did they say about your first attempt to contact them did you use the correct email address or was it a contact form of some sort?

    I used the contact form on their website.

    Never had a problem with their support so far. Usually got an answer within 24-48 hours. Try sending another e-mail or use the internal system.

    hmmmm Nabs whats up? do you have email filters getting in the way? did they contact you at the same email address you provided on the form, or is tied to your account?
