    Adding HTML links to my template
    I am new to WM and I would like to add a HTML table that has links into my detail template.

    I want to create a table like this:
    <body>
    <table border="0" width="400">
    <tr>
    <td>http://MyDomain.com/State/CityName1.html</td>
    <td>http://MyDomain.com/State/CityName2.html</td>
    <td>http://MyDomain.com/State/CityName3.html</td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </body>

    I have tried this out many different ways with no success. Currently I am using Excel as the data source but would using the "accesslink" function from MS Access be better for my purposes and I am unsure which of the tags I should use.

    Any help would be appreicated.

    Just build your template the way you want it to look and make sure you add the webmerge tags

    <table border="0" width="400">
    <tr><td>[WM-Field: keyword nolink]</td></tr>
    </table>

    this will create a table with however many records you have for your table

    But how would I get the weblinks inserted. Add them to the spreadsheet.

    What I am trying to do is create a table with weblinks for all the cities where our product is sold. User would click on Product page and then State link. On that page would be all the places where the product is sold with link to retailer's URL.

    Thanks

    webmerge creates the links for you, based on the name of the category in your spreadsheet.

    So [WM-Field: keyword nolink] would create a link. If your category is cities, and the field was named Dallas, then the link would be Dallas.html

    The links are all relative to your site

    Welcome aboard, TechDiva. Julian's been very helpful in this forum, and once again here. By default, most links WebMerge creates on an index page will automatically link to the associated detail page. If you have a case where you don't want that to happen, you can turn that off by just adding a nolink attribute:

    [WM-Field: MyFieldName nolink]
