Hi, one of my inhouse aff. progs admitted that they had tracking difficulties from 7/18 /2003 till 9/18/2003. After that date I had average amount of sales of $ 85 per day for them. Is it correct to ask for compensation on a base of $85 for that timespan, when sales did not track?

No harm in trying but I don't think you would get far unless they are a very honest merchant.

    Good luck with it.

    Take care

I was asking the US Embassy what I could do, and they answered me to turn to the FBI. Should I do this?

Did you try to ask the merchant about compensation?

Yes I did about 4 weeks ago and again this week, but from that date they did not answer any of my emails.

If you aren't happy with them then all I can recommend is that you drop them and move on and hope they at least pay you for what did get tracked. The FBI won't do anything for you.
