    Feedback Scale
As requested by a few individual Merchants, we decided to change the way our "Feedback Scale" works.

Instead of a scale that went from -1 to 1, it is now an absolute scale which shows the total score (adds up all the +1s, subtracts all the -1s).

Note to Merchants: Make sure to think about leaving positive feedback for your Affiliates when they are good, not just negative when they are bad.

Leaving positive feedback is a really easy way to create a positive bond with your Affiliates... I'm always suprised that more Merchants don't take advantage of it!
    Thanks,

Can affiliates have a feedback section, too? I think it would be a great way to "reward" good merchants by alerting other affiliates that a particular merchant is good, great or sucks.

Is there any way affiliates can see their feedback score? Not asking to see individual merchant scores for each affiliate but an overall score - maybe like CJ and GAN with the bar method.

Thank you, Brian, for adding this industry-leading feature. I also like the idea of affiliates being able to rate merchants.

Like Brian said, as merchants we can see if there IS feedback in the last 120 days and a number of feedbacks and the number score. We cannot see who left the feedback or any other information about the affiliate other than what the person leaving the feedback typed in the box.

Brian, I think you posted somewhere that if negative feedback is left that the affiliate gets a notice and has a chance to respond?

Basically whatever the Merchant wants to report. If it is designated as "Negative", you get an alert in your account where you can challenge/respond to the feedback given.

It means you haven't received negative feedback then... which is good.
