    And if I make it vague enough it should also cover letter W, the number 3, and the letter E.

    If it works what was Water will be Atr, this will save printing costs and stimulate the economy by having to reprint all books, re-teach all children (and retrain adults), re-write all web pages (with shorter URLs that drop the www) ....

    As a straight trademark I'd have no problem... but it should not be enforceable in the public domain....

    $490.00 for trademarking LOL... LOL LOL LOL what the heck would be the point, to file law suits? Restrict Lauging out Loud to laughing at a minimal?
