Wha'd you have for lunch today?
OK I'm sorry but I had THE most amazing sandwhich for lunch today:

Italitan corned beef, horse radish, tomato, cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, mayo and mustard on whole grain flex bread. MMMMM, it was GOOD.

What did you have for lunch today?

I made a sandwich - Kaiser Roll, spicy mustard, turkey, cheese, tomato, alfalfa sprouts. Washed it down with a pot of coffee.

Made some salad with every kind of vegetables that I could find around the house, an apple & hot tea.

Italian corned beef? I didn't even know such a thing existed. The Deli's in NYC would go to war if they knew the Italians were making corned beef! LOL

I took a nap through lunch time ~ then I made a sandwich: wheat bread, ham, pepper jack, mayo, ice burg, tomato. Nothing to interrupt a nap for
