    Smile Pine Cone People - First Try by the Princess [picture inside]
    Inspired by purplebear's pine cone people that got her the 3rd place in the "Christmas Spirit" Photo Contest, my 5 yr old princess Anastasia decided to make a couple herself. This was before we have received detailed instructions on how to go about it... Here are her pieces of art:

    Now that we have the instructions, we'll do the next ones together, and they should be better... But I still found the above ones to be pretty cute, and wanted to post this (plus, I promised purplebear).

    Cool! By next year you won't need to buy any new decorations Looks like they could brighten up your front door with a big ribbon or a wreath behind them.

    hahha, those are awesome! Makes me want to make something fun. I especially like that the guy pine cone has a moustache!

    Those are just adorable. Anastasia should be very proud of her Pine Cone People.
