    Mail Merge
I'm interested to check out GAN's newsletter tools. Currently I have been downloading our list to excel, and performing an email merge. Very time consuming because you have to group them in 50's.

I have the same problem. I have e-mailed Google and they have suggested to export the list of approved publishers into Excel and send the newsletters from my personal email box... Thus, if I have over a hundred affiliates, I am not able to refer to them using their names or to include the banners in the newsletter ... I wonder if Google plans to create a newsletter tool....

Use the MS Word Mail merge
I write the letter in MS Word, and then in the tools section I am able to select mail merge. From there I select to email and insert the tags to pull the name ect from the excel sheet. This has worked quite well for me, but I have to seperate the list in different sheets so they will send correctly. Hope that helps. I am eager to hear a much easier way to do it though if anyone knows?

    CJ Newsletters interface
I do give props to CJ though for having an interface which lets you do all this for free with a lot less hassle.
