    Start-A-Blog Promo

    Ladies and Gentlemen,

    It is my pleasure to announce this new promo we're starting for the FuneticsLearning Affiliate Program.

    Partly motivated by Ed's Power of the Blog post, but especially by the recent quick SE-indexing and traffic growth of my own blog, I have talked to Claudia of FuneticsLearning.com about this idea, and she loved it and agreed to it.

    ~~~ DETAILS OF THE PROMO ~~~
    Task: Start a blog devoted to early reading, reading learning programs, or related topic, where you will feature FuneticsLearning.com through affiliate links.
    We will help you with it!!
    Good Stuff:
    • We will provide you with free copywriting, which you may use for your first post.
    ...and as long as you post in your blog at least once a week, at the end of the first month, we will:
    • Deposit a $10 GenoBucks bonus into your ShareASale account
    • Increase your cookies life from 120 to 365 days
    So, we will both help you with some of the text (each post we provide your with will be 100% unique in content), and remunerate you by cash and cookie life increase to motivate you to maintain the blog. 1 month's maintenance will qualify you for the GenoBucks + cookies life increase.
    Interested?
    Join this affiliate program, start a blog (it does not have to be hosted on a separate domain), and e-mail me at funetics`at`amavigator*com for your free content.
    Looking forward to your e-mails.
    Great promotion, Geno. If I had time to do a weekly update on "anything" I'd start a blog on my No Child Left Behind site. So I did just stick some narrative (with link) and a banner for FuneticsLearning in place on the home page.
    BUT - don't know how long I'll have that site. I've been talking to Moniker about them brokering the domain and at AffSum I had a company express interest in buying it. Not real sure I want to sell...
    Geno - thanks to you and Claudia for the article. What rights do we have to the article. Can we post it to article directories?
    VS, pal, the article every affiliate receives is theirs to keep and use as they please.
    If you decide to go the route of submitting it to article directories, makes sure you take the time to alter the content not to fall under the duplicate content Damocles sword of SEs.
    Thanks for the recommendation, SouthBeachAnnie! What a small world - I know Rita well! I'll have to reach out to her again, haven't spoken with her in some months.
    Geno -- what are the limitations on merchants and content to use on such a blog? I see that FuneticsLearning.com (which I joined last week) has 4 product links at SAS.
    My question, I guess, would be -- if I'm using their program as a focus for a blog, am I also permitted to use other SAS merchants that are kid-oriented or family/parenting oriented as far as banners and text links on the blog?
    I love a good blog, and I have a domain I could put a "kids-learning" subdirectory on with a blog -- even found a pretty good looking WP "kids' theme" to use.
    But I want to make sure I'm understanding exactly how and what I can add content and/or other merchants to monetize the blog before I take you up on this particular offer?
    Thanks.
    Gary, good question.
    Anyone is allowed to use links to other SaS merchants in their Funetics blogs as long as no other kid-related education merchants are promoted (furniture, clothes, toys, etc is okay).
    Looking forward to working with you, Gary!
    Thanks, Geno. Sounds good. Hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to work I go -- and should have a blog up this evening or tomorrow.
    Another gorgeous early reading blog went live this morning!
    Have you started one already?
    With the free content we're providing, it shouldn't be hard at all; and the GBs we're giving away can nicely cover your domain registration costs (you don't have to buy a separate domain for this, but with the 4th post bonus you may as well do so ;-))
    Okay!! We have the first affiliate to claim their $10 bonus, and also increase of cookie life duration to the promised 365 days! It is good to see people being so diligent and consistent.
    Who's gonna be next?
    Thanks, Geno. Just checked the SAS account -- now, at last, we can afford to have that surgery done to reattach my right hand (fell off last week from all the blogging. )
