Interesting article about how the Obama administration plans to deal with the recession: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/02/01/ma...Economy-t.html
Aside from the immediate application, it also looks at how a crisis can actually be beneficial as a catalyst for a real and needed change. It's quite inspiring in an abstract way.
Would be good to think about how we as an industry can use this economic recession to spur positive change.

Thanks for the link. It took me a while, but I read the whole thing, interesting stuff. More and more I wonder why I never studied economics in school. It sounded boring then, but it's really pretty fascinating...Eathan Mertz
