Well the Pay Pal SPAM Scammers have graduated to Visa SPAM Scammers. I got this today:

Viewing the source of the message, the first part of the href in the anchor tag is to visa.com, but then you have about 100 spaces then the @ and an ip address. Cleaver. I have to scroll horizontally on my 19 inch monitor to see it.
