    Plow & Hearth (LS) did not track and not responding to Transaction Inquiry
    Transaction was made a month ago. Transaction inquiry was submitted over 2 weeks ago. Resent Transaction Inquiry to escalate it 2 days ago and still no response from Linkshare or Plow & Hearth.

    Guinness618 is the manager for that program oftens visits here and can perhaps lend a hand. If I don't see Dylan post here by end of Mon, I'll send a nudge advising of this thread.

    Thanks, I appreciate the help in trying to get to the bottom of this. I have received commissions from Plow & Hearth in the past, so this whole thing has been discouraging seeing as some of the few merchants I thought were trustworthy are starting to fail to report all sales.

    I've just checked my LS account and there are no unresolved transaction inquiries nor affiliate alerts.

    I submitted the inquiry back on January 27 and on my side the Transaction Inquiry Log still shows it as Unresolved. I'll email you the details.

    LS is not showing a transaction inquiry nor can they find the order number you provided. I am checking on my end and will get back to you as soon as I find out anything.

    I found out that the reason you weren't credited the $17.77 sale was that the customer went through an email to make the sale. The order number you supplied was actually a web verification order number, and that is why LS couldn't find it on their backend.
    However, as a show of thanks for your support of our brands, I did credit the sale to you. Please note that I won't be able to do this for future commissions.

    Hi Dyan,

    I did not make the purchase myself, but I had been assured by this person that the order was made through my site. I was given a copy of the receipt to report the transaction and I could only find one "Purchase Order Number" on the receipt; is there a different order ID that doesn't appear on the receipt? After receiving your email I had inquired if they had clicked a Plow & Hearth email link and was told "its possible", but they said they had clicked through my site too. After further inquiry into when my link was clicked, it seems that its possible that the link on my site was clicked after the items were already in the cart. So in this case, I guess the affiliate would not receive credit. I'm sorry for the confusion. And thank you for crediting the sale.
