Some WS-FTP but mostly PHP anymore. Wrote a FTP update routine in PHP thats just one click. It finds new or changed files and uploads only those. It also creates any needed DIR's. wrote a second routine to report any differences between local and remote files and directorys. All of this is pretty much do to not being able to run RSYNC on every host.

I use WS-FTP, it's one of the easiest and the best.

    Just like Cofee-cup or Cute-Ftp

    I agree.

WS_FTP95 is still a model of ease of use. Stable. Clearly designed interface - very intuitive!

I use other FTP programs for heavy duty projects such as the Pro Version of WS_FTP and Cute FTP but I still come back to WS_FTP95 whenever possible.

WS-FTP but mostly I just use Internet Explorer since it's always open on my screen anyway.

I tend to stick with what I know, and this (though different and older versions) is all I've ever used.

I hate sigs that waste space.

I use flashFXP when I'm at home, I like it because I can easily switch to another ftp server and it's folder with (new) files to upload, without disconnecting from the first server

I also wrote a PHP ftp app which can connect to any server and do all ftp tasks anyone could need, has a colorcoded source editor and a wysiwyg editor, nice for when I'm on vacation or something (wrote it because I didn't have anything to do really )

I wrote my own FTP script in Perl so that my webhost grabs it itself, untars it and then imports the data into a database. No need for me to be the middle man!

I used cuteftppro for the longest time but just recently switched to the free filezilla and love it. I'll never go back to cute. I tried WS a long time ago but must have not liked it even though I can't remember it at the moment.

does filezilla or voyager have the option of selecting multiple files across different directories on remote server?

I recently had to chmod like 100 files all within their own directories.. cuteftp, wsftp, etc only displayed the content of one directory at a time in the remote window.

My favourate was CuteFTP though LeechFTP is preferred for synchornizing files from my system with the server. This way, i make sure that i donot forget to upload any old files from my computer.
