Ok so I am a New Affiliate Manager and have to start paying out commissions next month. Most of my affiliates have submitted their W-9's so the IRS can record what we are paying them. For the Affiliates that are incorperated what docs do they need to so (if any) before we can compensate them legally?

You really need to talk to a professional. This is a forum. Most of the info may be spot on, but you never know.

I am by far a tax pro here but wouldn't a W9 be all they needed as long as they filled in the correct EIN not SSN? The rest would be up to the affiliate.
I am incorporated and as far as forms go from networks i Contract with all I have ever filled out for their end is the W9 and I inputted my EIN. All other paper work is on my end. If I got the question correct? But it would be best to contact a pro at this.
