    Sounds like that move to Pepperjam has really helped boost their sales and profitability.

    Good deal of their domain names must have incredible type-in traffic, too.

    Yup. Barware.com, alone, must be worth a small fortune. Very popular product line, single word, generic dot com. It will be interesting to see if the domain gets sold a while after the shop closes.

    Well at my last count - they should still have close to 180 stores - still a lot to manage.

    I do suspect there will be some more culling to come. Thin out the weak and concentrate on the strong.

    Ahhhhh. Yes, I would have to agree with that. Some of the closed stores were part of the Thralow acquisition back in 2006 -

    I suspect they will hang on to many of these "type-in" domain names.
