Some merchants allow deep linking and others do not, so it is best to check with each merchant for their requirements.

I'm just taking a guess at it here: Contact the affiliate manager for the merchant and ask about deep linking. I have found the very few times I've tried contacting merchants with CJ, the affiliate managers have been not too good about responding, but the only way I know to try it would be to go to the merchant page in CJ and generally they have an email link for the affiliate manager.

I'm sure MANY people here have more experience with CJ merchants than I (I'm mostly SAS), so someone else may come along and give you a better answer.

Nope, there isn't a better way. You will have to get in touch with the affiliate manager or the CJ person that is running the program. There isn't an easy way to figure it out that I know of.
