I'm looking at my sales today and notice a increasing delay between when sales take place (TIME), and when its posted (Modified Time).

my 1st sale today is 5:13am and modified time is 5:15.

by noon, its at 11:24 and mod time is 1:03

now, its 1:27 and mod time is 4:04...

looks like the delay is getting longer and longer and longer hehhehe...

I have noticed that also... I was getting a little worried that no sales were coming in. I would think that just once, CJ would just put a little note on the account manager without us having to point it out to them.....

I'm sure the delay is because of all the sales ringing up on my site....it's overwhelming them. okay, no, maybe it's Leader's fault!

It is ok when a transaction takes a few minutes to reach the reporting part of its lifecycle. About an hour is when we start to worry. A few hours is abnormal. These times also vary depending on the time of day. A click at 2am will be processed faster than a click at 2pm. Anywho. I will see what some engineers have to say about a delay.

Reporting can take longer than expected during the afternoon and that seems to have been the case today. I wish this were not the case but it is the Christmas season - traffic is much higher than normal.

I remember the same thing from last year... Our's have been delayed 3-5 hours almost every day since your Turkey day.

Worst click to sale ration EVER with CJ today. Unless shoppers were just looking and not buying or unless there's a conspiracy to click all of our links, then something is going wrong somewhere.

    Same problem here.

50% more than usual clicks so far today on CJ, zero sales.

Maybe everybody's just looking, but I generally send in very targeted clickers.

Hmm. Yesterday, 50% of transactions were reported within the hour but that's a very misleading metric. This figure depends on the type of transaction, time of day, day of the week, season and maybe the position of the moon.

Now about this other thing. This thread was about reporting delays then it turned into conversion ratios. If your CR is low for your account then do some research. What is your CR by PID or affiliation? Odds are a few affiliations are responsible for the change in your CR.

Maybe Santa will drop off a few of these to speed things up, .

I am about ready to pull my hair out with CJ. Every time I send out a large mailing, they have "reporting problems". I do very well with every other avenue - Linkshare, Performics, Amazon, so I am supposed to believe that my tracking has not been effected at CJ? I accepted it for awhile, but now it is getting ridiculous. There is a problem - can someone please address this? Thank you.
