    Hi, two of my inhouse programs do not respond to my inquieries for the aff. payment. I tried to contact them since weeks, but I never got an answer nor did they sent the checks.
    Is there any strategy which I - and also all other members of this board - can have to force those merchants to pay?

    Do they have a phone number to try? Kind of hard to ignore a phone call. If they have a phone number I would give that a try at least once.

    They do have a phone- and faxnumber and I faxed them on that issue because I am from Europe. But the only result was that they would answer me shortly. That was beginning of December.

    That's better than our result. We have one merchant (Inkjetsmart) who whenever we call just says the person will call back. We are actually having a legal letter drafted to send them, as they owe us a large amount.

    We have another inhouse merchant who hasn't process pending orders since last fall (we only have 6) and when we contact the guy he actually does something. But, in my opinion, what does this say about their customer service? Soon, it will be time to clean house because it's not worth the time or effort to chase down the money when it can be coming from a more reliable source.

    Is this your first check(s) from them, or have they made any previous payment to you?

    If you're asking me Sambay, we're still waiting for our first check from them. The other merchant usually pays eventually, but not Inkjetsmart.

    Anyone familiar with them? And, ever get paid?

    no in the future they paid regularly, but since July 2003 we got nothing. One merchant is very difficult to change, because they are a unique producer and no other lable can generate sales for that mechant.
