I really really really really hate Google right about now. They always seem to drop me out of the SERPs right before a buying holiday.

I really like Google right now. This last update seems to vanquish alot of sites around me for whatever reason. And February has started off with a bang, too (not valentines day related stuff, either). Hope it continues.

I prefer January. February looks really bad for me.

From this thread, here's my 2 cents...

quote:
A few dollars may yet trickle in (or transactions may rear their ugly heads), but January was our best month, affiliate revenue-wise, for our fiscal year, which runs Oct.-Sept. I had projected a steep decline after the first quarter, but January's total actually surpassed my projection for the entire second quarter. I should probably do some recalculations today, but I'm afraid I'll jinx February.

February is off to a great start, too.

January was a lot better than I expected in many ways. I made enough to pay my way in the world and I had thought I would go in the hole and need to fall back on December's earnings to make ends meet. Can't really ask for much more than that. So, I am happy.

January was on fire for me ;-) My personal sales volume doubled from january 2003 - january 2004

Yesterday however was a slow start as one of my main merchants order page was down for about 9 hours ;-( I lost out big ;-(

    Stuff happens ....

Cheers and here is to a great Feb ;-)

There was a slump in january? I'm still shocked how well I did in january... I'm thinking I'll slump in february... how weird so many are experiencing the opposite.

Sometimes its nice to be wrong I've seen a 25% increase in sales compared with January 2003.

January actually beat December and the way Feb is starting off very well- who knows it could top them all.

Last year I didn't start seeing a dip until July, then it started moving up again in late August/September.

I can't believe that I am still making money...especially on sites I haven't updated since august... The month I moved my dad in with me (diagnosis alzheimers)... maybe there really is a God.
