    Thumbs down Account Issue Complaint!
    Hi there,

My account username was deactivated due to one email I received on 4/22/2009 said "The purpose of this message is to notify the owner of this email address that it can no longer be used to access the Google Affiliate Network platform, as the username for the account has been changed. A separate confirmation message with updated login information has been sent to the new email address now used to access the account."

I don't know what happened! I'm on vacation during 4/1 to 4/29, when I was back on 4/30 I found I can't login Google affiliate network any more! So I wrote one email at first time to ask for detailed reason. 6 days later, I finally got one reply from "affiliatenetworkquality@google.com" which said "Please be advised that your Google Affiliate Network account has been deactivated as a result of non-compliant activity. Effective immediately, tracking has been disabled and you will no longer earn commissions from our advertisers. If you have any questions regarding our policy, please see the Affiliate Advertising Agreement to which you consented upon joining our network."

So I continue to send my emails to want my account back. But till now, still got no reply.

    1. I never changed my username on Google affiliate network, if it was happened, I can say my account was stolen and hacked by someone!
    2. I have a not small balance on my account, how Google affiliate network treate this deal? I want to get my money back!
    3. if I still can not get my account back, How can i trust Google Affiliate network?

Please advise me on how to recover my account, I promise I'm working hard everyday and NEVER voliate the policy!

    Hi All,

Today, I received one email about my complaint, they told me one totally different reason about why my account username was deactived.

First, let's review the two different reasons:

    The first email said:

    Hello,

The purpose of this message is to notify the owner of this email address that it can no longer be used to access the Google Affiliate Network platform, as the username for the account has been changed. A separate confirmation message with updated login information has been sent to the new email address now used to access the account.

If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please contact us at affiliatesupport@google.com.

    Sincerely,

    Google Affiliate Network

Now, let's see what they said about the latest "reason":

    Dear Sir:

We authorized account deactivation after discovering an association
between your account and others previously deactivated for non-compliant
activity. We're unable to provide our publishers with any information
about relations we find between publishers' accounts.

Please also bear in mind that Google reserves the right to disable an
account for any reason. If we determine that an Google Affiliate Network
publisher account may pose a risk to our advertisers, we may disable that
account in order to protect our advertisers' interests.

Any outstanding commissions will be paid according to the normal payment
    schedule.

    Network Quality Team
    Google Affiliate Network

Now, I have no words to express my feelings. Two totally different reasons. I'm an honest guy, I'm working hardly everyday to run my website. I NEVER cheat to my visitors and my advertisers.

what can i do now? please advise...

    Thanks,
    Best Regards,
    Wenjun

I have used my current account at Performics (which is the previous of Google Affiliate Newtwork) over one year. During this period, I'm trying my best to promote my advertiser; During this period, I NEVER cheated my visitors or advertisers; Druing this period, I NEVER done anything that voliates your policy; During this period, I NEVER make fraud!; During this period, I NEVER received any complaint by my advertiser!

So, Everyone here, please support me to get our right back. Please!

This issue has been solved, I had a conference call with one of the Google stuff. He is a nice guy, asked me some questions and I provided him some evidences. My account has been re-activated, but unlucky thing is I have to apply all my advertisers again.

    Thanks for everyone's attention!
