More Lists of Reasons for Canceled Sales

It's already boring to see that your sales got canceled. But I think it's even worse to know that the reason given is "Other"... And I always ended up sending emails to merchants asking for explanations...
Shouldn't more reasons be added in the drop down list for merchants to choose?

As a merchant, I've requested this at least twice in the last few months.
Our only options are:
Invalid Credit Card, Returned Merchandise, Duplicate Orders, Can't Ship/Sold Out, or Other. When a customer calls to request an order be cancelled prior to shipment...I'm forced to enter "Returned Merchandise" which is not right, but a whole lot better than "Other". It really bugs me.
