    Hi all,
Thanks again for your help and advice. This forum is a great resource and I enjoy visiting it everyday. Thanks for responses to "does it matter which affiliate program you join?"

I am an affiliate manager to some programs and I dont think I am doing all I can. I am still new. What makes a good affiliate manager?. I want to do better. Also not sure how to do the contests. Any advice would be great.

    Thanks again

1st piece of advice. Never ever take on an affiliate managers job for a merchnat who can't average 1 sale per 100 clicks on SE traffic. Pre-sold, Targeted, filtered and motivated affiliate traffic should do better then SE traffic. If you can't generate commission checks you'll spend all your time generating BS.
