WM quits in the middle of processing
I am using the 4 Tier method. Whenever the third and final setting file runs, it closes after processing about 18,000 records out of a total of 23,500. I have tried re-installing the latest version. The technical details are as follows:

    WebMerge version - 2.5.1
Operating system version - XP Professional 5.1.2600
Make and model of computer Dell Latitude D630
Total amount of RAM installed - Intel Core (TM)2 Duo CPU - 2.2 Ghz - RAM 2GB

The exported file and settings files are attached. Appreciate your help.

    Thanks,
    Mahalakshmi

You noted this yesterday in another thread. Did you see my reply there?:

I can process 10 records or even up to a 1000 records when I use the test. But when I process all the records, it stops when it crosses the 18,000 mark. When I use the same file for lesser records (around 15000) is works fine. All the records get processed in the first 2 settings file - it is only in the third that this problem occurs.

Does this happen when you run the third settings file by itself?
Does it quit on the same record each time?
When it quits, does the system present any error message?
Which OS version are you running?

I tried chaning the sort order in the Source tab. I first changed to Subcategory but did not work and then I changed it to ProductID (ascending order) and finally it went through. Thanks.

Glad to hear it's working well for you now.

I'm curious as to why it works in one order and not the other. Sorting is helpful for many things, but shouldn't affect whether the program crashes or not (of course it should never crash at all).

If you have the time to email your source feed I'd be interested in looking at its data to determine why it had trouble parsing it originally.
