    That sucks.

Always liked their clothing...comfy, fair price, looked good.

I know they reorganized and closed lots of B&M back in early mid 2000.
I am suprised that they took that long as I thought that they would have gone under a long time ago.

Most times I pull all links when someone files for Bankruptcy however I would like to keep them for now if I have a chance of getting paid. Should I keep their links on my sites??

Is it a good idea to promote a merchant that has filed for bancruptcy?

How will visitors feel about buying from them now?

Per the e-mail from the President of Eddie Bauer today --

"We have secured commitments for $90 million in Debtor-in-Possession financing, which will be available to pay you in full, on normal terms, for goods and services delivered after the filing date of June 17, 2009."

I guess this means no commissions for sales made prior to June 17. I'm leaving my links up for now.

I just received notice from GAN that payment from April will be deposited to my account shortly. I'm curious if EB had submitted payment to GAN prior to their filing for bankruptcy.
